Our local team reviewed the resident account and opened their portal. We have escalated this matter to our local team, which has contacted the Complainant by email on November 4, 2022. As instructed, we immediately created a service ticket through American Homes 4 Rents website, and were advised it would take a couple of days to find a plumber to complete the repair. As of November 22nd, the leak has not been repaired, and we remain without the use of a washing machine.
